The RAXAR 180 deg Freestanding Awning can be mounted to either side of the vehicle, however the RAXAR 270 deg Freestanding Awning is designed for LHS installation only.

RAXAR recommend using an experienced and qualified aftermarket 4X4 accessories fitter to install your Freestanding Awning to your vehicle.

Once the RAXAR Freestanding Awning has been fitted to your vehicle, its takes about 2 minutes to set up.
What UV and Rain protection do the RAXAR Freestanding Awnings offer ?
The RAXAR Freestanding Awnings utilise 3000mm waterproof Polycotton Canvas awning fabric that offers UV50+ protection. The Protective PVC Bag is 1000GSM PVC.

Can the RAXAR Freestanding Awnings be used in windy conditions ?
Always secure down your awning in windy conditions using the built-in poles, storm ropes, and pegs. If heavy winds are expected, DO NOT use your RAXAR Freestanding Awning. Damage caused by wind or adverse weather is not covered under warranty.

Why are the pre-installed LED Light strips dual-colour ?
The White light setting is ideal for low light conditions. The Amber light setting helps keep insects away. There is also a combo setting for White and Amber light.
